World Wellness Week is celebrated each year on the third weekend of September and this year the Club and Spa have decided to go that bit further and run our very own Wellness Week!

In over 100 countries, wellness professionals speak as one voice to show that adding fun and creativity to health prevention stimulates people to walk more, jog, dance, and meditate alone, as a workplace, or with friends and family - and we want everyone to get involved!

From the 21st September, we will be hosting an array of activities available to all members. What's more, all members are invited to bring a friend in for free to get involved and use the facilities.

Tai Chi class

Monday 23rd September
Spin-a-thon for Cure Leukaemia with GYM DJ*
10-minute spa treatments

Tuesday 24th September
Nutrimino on-site with free samples
Marco Pierre White canapes

Wednesday 25th September – UK National Fitness Day
Free health checks throughout the day
Join us as we attempt to row from Birmingham to Bristol – 177,000 metres

Thursday 26th September
30-minute free personal training sessions

Friday 27th September
Macmillan coffee morning
