Our Club and Spa
•We have undertaken a thorough review of our spa and the services we offer. We have ensured our reception and treatment areas adhere to social distancing guidelines.
•All services throughout the Spa will be cleaned regularly and cleaned with the appropriate cleaning products between every client.
•We have put measures in place to ensure our changing rooms adhere to social distancing guidelines.
•All items of equipment will be cleaned before and after every treatment, this includes all brushes, bowls, and wax pots.
•Gym equipment will be cleaned regularly by staff and adequate cleaning products will be readily available for members to use before and after using each piece of equipment.
•One used disposable items will be used where necessary (ensuring we use sustainable alternatives).
•We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the Spa.

Our team
•We have ensured all team members have completed up to date training to ensure they care for our customers in a hygienic and safe manner.
•Staff have been trained to adapt each treatment to uphold best practice including hygiene and safety.
•Staff have been briefed to ensure safety standards are upheld whilst dealing with responsibilities at reception.

Our treatments
•We have reviewed our treatment menu and ensured all treatments are safe to carry out.
•Our therapists will wear gloves, masks and other PPE during treatment where required.
•Our therapists will wash their hands after every treatment.

Guest booking arrival and reception
•All bookings will be pre-booked, full payment will be taken at the time of booking and vouchers will be sent via email at the time of booking.
•Consultation forms will be filled in and sent back prior to your arrival date.
•We will greet you warmly, as always, just without contact.
•We will stagger customer arrival times to minimise close contact.
•The reception area will be thoroughly cleaned regularly and all testers have been removed from the retail stand.
•We have re-arranged our relaxation areas to adhere to social distancing.
•All payments should be contactless where possible.

What we ask of you, our loyal customers
•Arrive at the agreed time to maximise social distancing.
•Wash your hands and use hand sanitiser as directed by our team, and before and after each treatment.
•Wear a facemask supplied by us if you have not bought your own.
•To contact us and re-arrange your appointment if you have a temperature, are feeling unwell or if you or any person in your household is the same or is self-isolating.

protect the safety of all our staff members and clients.
