CLUB GUIDELINES

1. SHIELD GUARDS

Shield guards have been installed at reception to provide protection for all members, guests and staff.

2. FACE COVERINGS

While not mandatory, staff may be wearing face coverings to keep you and themselves safe.

CLEANING

1. CLEANING HOURS

We’ve increased our cleaning hours to make sure there’s more regular cleaning of changing rooms, gym floor and studios.

 2. DEEP CLEAN PRE-OPENING

Before every opening, all clubs will have been deep cleaned.

 3. GYM EQUIPMENT

Gym equipment will be cleaned regularly throughout the day and we ask that every member does their bit by wiping down equipment before and after use, with the antibacterial products provided.

YOUR WORKOUT

1. MAXIMUM CAPACITY

We will be limiting the maximum capacity in the gym at any one time and the gym time booking system will allow for a steady flow of entries and exits throughout the day. This will ensure we can keep a safe space between members.

Our studios will have designated training spaces to ensure social distancing is carried out at all times.

There will be additional time between classes to minimise congestion.

If looking for a quieter time to train during gym time, it may be best to train during off-peak hours.

2. HAND SANITISERS

There will be numerous hand sanitiser stations throughout the club, and we’ll make sure you can’t miss them. In addition, we kindly ask that you wash your hands regularly.

3. CHANGING ROOM FACILITIES

To reduce any possibility of spread, towels will not be allowed on the gym floor. We encourage you to come to the gym changed where possible. Lockers will still be in use but please stick to social distancing in the changing room at all times.

4. SAUNA & STEAM ROOM

The saunas and steam rooms will be out of action in the short term while we await further instructions.

5. POOL USAGE

The swimming pool will be in use but will be limited to a maximum of 4 people in the pool at one time to maintain social distancing.

6. CARDIO AREAS

Cardio equipment has been relocated to allow safe social distancing.

7. TOWELS

Towels will still be available from reception but these are only to be used in the changing rooms. They are not to be used on the gym floor or in studios.

8. RESPECTING SOCIAL DISTANCING

There will be signage and floor markings across our clubs and studios to help guide everybody on social distancing.

9. SOCIAL SEATING

For the time being, the seating area in the lounge space is unavailable to make it easier to stick to social distancing guidelines.

10. PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training will continue to run as normal but with no physical contact to respect social distancing guidance.
