Cornoavirus - Latest Update

Following the latest government advice to help stop the spreading of Covid-19, we have had to close our health club and spa for the time being.

We know that this will be disappointing news for some of you, just as it is for us, however the health and wellbeing of the community must come first.

Being active and healthy is even more important than ever in times like this, both to stay mentally strong as well as physically, but for now the priority must be to minimise the spread of this disease.

As we are closed, we will freeze all memberships and remove any freeze fees and will not be collecting any fees until we can reopen. For those that pay annually, you will be credited at the end of your renewal period by the number of days during this temporary closure.

There is no need to cancel your direct debit and please be assured that this will all be taken care of.

Thank you for all your amazing support you have given us. Stay safe, stay fit and well and we look forward to looking after you and supporting you in the club and spa in the near future.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

This is a very difficult time for us all, including our team. Whilst we may not be able to answer all your questions, this does not mean we don't care about our customers.

Now more than ever, we need to know if you would like to reschedule your visit, as this will ensure that we can make plans for our therapists and spa team members over the next few weeks.
