Dance Fit

A fitness class that merges dance and fitness principals in an all over body workout.


Body Attack

A high intensity workout for those who want to be seriously fit. With three cardio ‘phases’ placing demands on aerobic stamina, your energy systems will be ignited and boundaries pushed to the extreme.


Body Combat

Embrace you inner fighter during a body combat class, You will punch, kick and kata your way through calories to a leaner, healthier and fitter body.


Body Pump

This Class is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast.


Boxing Circuits

Torch fat and build up your endurance with our boxing circuits class. It is an intense workout using various techniques used by boxers to get them into perfect shape for competition. This full body workout will push you to your limits in a fun and efficient way.


Core Attack

Join our gym team for an intense 30 minute workout focusing on the core area. The class will cover more than just the basic abs, the class will target area of your core you didn't even know existed.


Express Studio Cycling

This express class gives you a short cardio burst improving your cardio levels by varying the resistance on the bike throughout the class. You are guaranteed to strengthen and tone your lower body.


Glute Squad

A lower body workout that focuses on toning and strengthening the glutes. Our motivational music will keep pushing you through the pain barrier.


Intensity Training

A 30 minute full body workout which is different each week, mainly consisting of functional and body weight exercises. This class will push you to your limits and back again.



This class is designed to strengthen the body in an even way, with specific emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. 


Running Club

We believe that running is best shared with others, so come try our new instructor lead running group, running the streets and canal routes of Birmingham.


Studio Cycling

This high intense cardio class improves your cardio levels by varying the resistance on the bike throughout the class. You are guaranteed to strengthen and tone your lower body.



This form of exercise focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.



Yogalates takes strength and flexibility exercises of a Yoga class and combines them with core strengthening, spine elongating and the posture perfecting exercises of Pilates. The class will leave your mind and body feeling revitalised.



Zumba is a high intense class designed by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in the 1990s. If you love dancing and have lots of energy this is the class for you.
